Return Policy and Delivery Time

• Return Window: You have 7 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

• Condition: Returned items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached.

Due to health safety and hygiene The products same kind of undergarments .i.e. Bra, Panties, Bodysuits, Lingerie's, Thongs , and Night suits  can not be returned or exchanged in any case.

• Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect.

• Exchanged Item Shipping: If an exchange is requested, the customer is responsible for the return shipping fee. We will cover the cost of sending the replacement item.
